Serve as the first point of contact for all new business inquiries, actively managing the initial communication and client interest.
Proactively assist in client outreach, including lead generation and nurturing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Prepare and format professional client proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain and update the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information and sales activity, ensuring a clean and effective sales pipeline.
Assist the sales team in achieving new business targets and a smooth hand-off from sales to the production team.
General Duties
Provide general administrative support to the senior management and production team.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
Handle other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the company's daily operations.
Manage and organise company documents, contracts, and digital files.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing client inquiries/ communication.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and filming.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Prepare and edit reports, filming plans, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role is required (3 years +).
Skills:
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience managing social media accounts.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
