We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Chichester sales team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Anti-money laundering process Supporting the sales team with all aspects of the sale process Overseeing and understanding P&L Coordinating photos/brochures/window displays Managing property portals Sales & purchase invoicing Organising external contractors Ordering and managing office supplies Canvassing & advertising Diary management Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office

Experience & Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise Positive, pro-active and flexible approach Well presented Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy Previous administration experienceA within an estate agents or the property industry is not essential as the full training is provided
