Job Summary: Kiwa Construction & Utilities Cluster is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team for a 3 Month Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Sales team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role is located in Aylesbury with hybrid working (1 day in the office per week). About the role:
Support admin processes to improve efficiency.
Assist Sales Operations Manager with opportunity tracking.
Coordinate quote expiry reports and ensure timely follow-up.
Help prepare performance reports (e.g. enquiry duration, sources, loss reasons).
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM, ensure opportunity data is accurate and current.
Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather renewal info.
Respond to client and stakeholder queries throughout the renewal process.
Support preparation of renewal proposals and contracts.
Assist with processing customer orders.
Answer the Sales/Enquiries line.
Do you have what it takes?:
Experience in a similar role with enquiry/customer management systems is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Ability to work and reach targets set independently (self starting).
Customer service experience.
Able to meet tight deadlines.
Professional telephone manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
