Administrator
to join our team on a temporary basis for a 12 month maternity leave cover.
The Role:
As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a temporary role that could work around a busy personal life.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General administrative support including data entry, filing and document management.
Handling incoming calls and emails professionally.
Full order management from order entry to invoicing.
Supporting other staff members with day to day tasks.
Maintaining accurate records and databases.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working Hours:
This role is for
5 hours per day
