About the Role
Red Alert Telecare Ltd is a multi-award-winning provider of Technology Enabled Care Services (TECS), supporting both local authorities and self-funding individuals. We are seeking a dedicated
Sales Administrator
to join our growing self-funding division. This is a rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable individuals through innovative care technology.
You will work closely with the Service Delivery Sales Manager, providing administrative support across our CRM systems, web sales platforms, and interactive tools. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, opportunity tracking, fault and collection management, and KPI reporting.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Standard hours: 08:30 - 17:30
Flexible working hours available for the right candidate, especially suitable for those returning to work.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience. While sales experience is not essential, you should be comfortable managing 'hot' leads and communicating professionally with customers. You must have solid IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Full training will be provided on our systems and technology.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible working arrangement to balance home and work life.

Data entry and CRM/database management
Responsibilities
Administer internal and client-designated tasks
Handle web-based and telephone enquiries and sales
Manage fault reports and collection requests
Process payments via Stripe, GoCardless, or similar platforms
Handle personal identifiable data in line with GDPR and company standards
Efficiently schedule engineers and technical advisors
Support the Service Delivery Sales Manager during busy periods
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
Liaise with the Finance team for invoicing requirements
Assist engineers and advisors with queries
Communicate with clients regarding updates and enquiries
Participate in training and support the training of others
Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions
Coordinate with the Stores team to ensure timely order processing
