Osmo UK, a leader in high-quality wood care products, is seeking a committed individual to join our small, dynamic Sales & Customer Service team in Aylesbury.
We need an organised team member who can help us establish efficient sales processes and deliver superior administrative support. We are open to candidates with either advanced administrative experience or a strong foundational skill set.
The Opportunity
This role is paramount to the smooth, accurate operation of our entire sales and administration function. You will form the core of the department alongside our newest team member, supported directly by management.
If you are experienced:
You will assume a senior support role, mentoring others and leading initiatives for process optimisation and data integrity.
If you are entry/mid-level:
You will receive structured training and be given the platform to rapidly develop expertise and advance your career within a supportive team.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Order and Data Management:
Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of sales and purchase orders, ensuring data integrity and compliance within our CRM and accounting systems.
Client Communication & Resolution:
Serve as a primary contact for B2B and trade clients, managing enquiries, investigating issues, and resolving customer disputes, returns, and delivery challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
Process Excellence:
Provide high-level administrative support across Sales, Accounts, and Marketing, contributing to documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Operational Support:
Demonstrate flexibility by providing occasional support to the operational/warehouse team (e.g. during critical stock counts or seasonal peaks), ensuring a cohesive link between administration and logistics.
What We're Looking For

Process-Oriented:
Proven ability to manage complex data and maintain accurate records with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
Proactive & Organised:
Highly motivated, capable of managing competing priorities, and demonstrating a strong work ethic and independence.
Technical Aptitude:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) is essential.
Experience:
Familiarity with any accounting or CRM software (e.g. Sage 200 Professional) would be beneficial, but is
not essential
for the right candidate.
