MC Truck & Bus Ltd (part of the MC Group) is a successful and established truck dealer in the South of England. We operate multi-franchised dealer points alongside a dynamic rental business .

We are looking for a team player to join our sales administration team.This is a busy department and requires a team player with a positive outlook and strong work ethic.

Checking and administering new vehicle arrivals

Manage active pipeline of vehicle orders including liaising with suppliers for chassis progress updates

Updating computerised systems (such as Tranman & Volvo & Isuzu Manufacturing order management systems) and communicate changes to customers

Administering vehicle registration paperwork for all orders

Invoice reconciliation

Registration of new vehicles

General administrative duties i.e. scanning/data input

Coordinate driver movements

Sending orders to suppliers

Registering new vehicles (using the DVLA RAV system)

Using an order management computerised processing system

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong administration background, ideally in the motor industry, or similar

Good organisational skills in order to plan and prioritise a busy workload

Good interpersonal skills, confident and professional telephone manner

Able to work efficiently and accurately in a pressurised environment

Excellent customer care skills

High standards of accuracy and attention to detail

Possess a full standard driving licence (from time to time you may be required to collect our drivers from customers).

Hours:- 37 per week. an hour lunch break. Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

Salary: - Circa 28,000 per annum - 30,000 per annum dependent on experience.
