About the Role



As our Sales Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for existing clients -- managing everything from day-to-day support to contract renewals and upgrades. You'll support our sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, keeping our CRM up to date, and liaising with other departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do



Act as the friendly first point of contact for client calls and emails Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Prepare and follow up on sales quotations to secure business Process orders quickly and accurately, liaising with other departments for fulfilment Manage contract renewals, service upgrades, and after-sales support Spot opportunities for cross-selling or upselling and pass larger leads to the Sales Manager Maintain accurate client data in our CRM Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist with promotions Support marketing campaigns after a qualifying period Resolve client queries promptly to ensure high satisfaction

What You'll Bring



Experience in sales admin, internal account management, or customer service Confidence using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear, confident communication -- both written and verbal Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Willingness to learn about our products and services in detail

Hours & Location



Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM Based full-time at:
Commpliment House, Upcott Park, Pottington, Barnstaple, EX31 1AD

Some flexibility may be required to meet client or business needs
