About the company

Italia Stone specialize in the template, fabrication and installation of a wide variety of stone materials. Our services include but are not limited to the production of; worktops, flooring and cladding. We are a small team in Ampthill, Bedfordshire and looking to expand.

About the role

We are looking for a confident, organized and proactive individual. You will be welcomed into a small team and will be first point of contact for customers and suppliers.

You will be required in our showroom 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am untill 5pm. Training to use Moraware (Counter Go) quoting software will be provided. We hope to find an individual who is looking to progress there career within Italia Stone.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide excellent standard of customer service. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about latest product trends which will further assist your ability to provide outstanding customer service. Daily Operations: Answer incoming calls, provide quotations, order materials, take payments, generate proformas, processing supplier invoices, booking in templates and installs. Keyholder: Occasionally you will be required to open up and lock up.

Required Skills

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and approachable attitude. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic IT Skills: Experienced in using Outlook and Excel

Pay: 24,500.00-30,000.00 per year
