Sales Administrator

Are you used to working in sales driven environments, supporting sales professionals with order processing and back up administration?
Do you have acute attention to detail and someone who completes a task (even if it takes a few days to receive all the required information)
Any basic finance experience such as credit control?
My client, a smashing manufacturing organisation are busy and now require an additional person for their lovely sales support team.
You will have solid work experience, be proficient with CRM systems, possess high levels of accuracy (these will be tested on interview)
Working hours 8.30-5pm, hybrid working available after probation period of 3 months, parking available.
Duties

Sales order processing from activation of order through to delivery
Managing the sales in box
Production of quotes
Deal with post-delivery issues
Chasing of overdue monies and basic accounts reconciliation
Updating customer records on CRM
Manging production issues
Forwarding despatch notes

Experience needed

Strong organization and high levels of accuracy ( remember will be tested at interview stage)
Experience of working in sales led environments
Accounts experience such as credit control
Excel and CRM experience
Customer centric
Positive and upbeat
