Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Pro-actively driving sales in line with company strategy. Assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system. Liaise with customers to provide information regarding products, services, and order status, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain and update customer databases using software such as Coach Manager and Excel. Coordinate communication to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly. Prepare sales presentations and assist in the development of marketing materials. Ensure all documentation is organised and readily accessible for audits or reviews.

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is essential for data management and report generation. Experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with computerised systems for order processing and record keeping. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Transport experience specifically within a coach company would be advantageous.
