Vehicle Sales Administrator
to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team within a well-established dealership, working closely with our experienced administrators and sales executives.
About the Role:
This is more than just a typical Sales Administrator position. You will report directly to our knowledgeable Dealership Accountant at our dedicated Used Car HUB in Birmingham, gaining hands-on experience and valuable mentorship from one of the best in the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately add newly purchased vehicles to stock records
Maintain and update vehicle stock records
Ensure all vehicle documents (V5s, MOT history, service records) are complete, accurate, and securely filed
Tax all sold vehicles in advance of delivery
Promptly create accurate sales invoices, aligned with customer order forms
Verify documentation and payment before vehicle release to customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using Kerridge is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided
