A New Opportunity to Join your BT Local Business Sales.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from checking the order, placing orders into BT through to the installation/full completion of the order. You will need good communication skills as you will need to liaise directly with the internal sales team and customers to ensure order fulfilment.
Key Accountabilities:
Quality Check all Sales Orders.
Place orders, high accuracy is required.
Record orders on internal logs.
Calculate Revenue from Sales.
Manage or help to assist manage orders through to completion.
Sales Support
Answering Calls or enquiries on Sales
Assist with Install delays or escalations as required.
Any other ad-hoc admin duties as required.
Required Skills
Excellent Verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Previous Administration roles
Customer Service
Accuracy- Keen eye for Detail
Desired Skills
Previous Order Processing
Telecoms experience.
Hours 9:00am -5:30pm Monday to Friday. 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
Salary dependent on experience amount does include a bonus element to be earned each month.
Limited Parking- which can be offered at Site.
Full training would be provided. Completion of mandatory BT training would be required, all provided at your place of work.
