Job Description

Bramah Safeguarding is looking for a detail oriented Sales Administrator to join our fantastic business in the automotive sector. With a key focus on assisting in life customers providing key information, completing essential sales administration and providing quotations this is a fast paced customer facing role aimed and delivering a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities:



- Provide quotations and detailed information to end users on services provided by the business.
- Complete all of the related sales administration for end users.
- Communicate with customers to encourage renewal onto the service provision at the end of contract.
- Provide detailed information on the quote, order and delivery process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Work with the wider sales and ops teams to support general operations for the business's customers as and when required.

Skills:



- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer centric approach.
- Experience in the automotive sector would be preferable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage customer relationships both on the phone and via email.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
