Sales Administrator

to join our Head Office team in Bradford.

About the Role:

As a key player in our vibrant Sales Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers - whether over the phone, via email, or in our beautiful showroom. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales team runs smoothly by managing leads, processing paperwork, handling customer queries, and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

You'll work closely with sales consultants, support customer appointments, chase leads, and help us deliver a first-class experience to every customer who walks through our doors or picks up the phone.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers in the showroom and over the phone Supporting the sales team with appointment booking, lead management, and sales administration Handling customer queries, following up leads, and providing after-sales support Processing contracts, finance documents, cancellations and reports Taking card payments and maintaining accurate customer records Creating quotes and sending electronic documentation Contributing to sales growth through exceptional service and proactive support

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, confident communicator with a can-do attitude Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure IT literate with experience in data entry, admin, or CRM systems Someone who thrives working weekends as part of a busy team environment
