Sales Administrator - Landlord Compliance

Bromley North (Office-based with potential hybrid) | Full-time, Permanent | From 22,000(DOE)

EPC Choice is a fast-growing compliance business helping landlords keep properties safe and legal (EPCs, CP12 Gas Safety, EICRs, PAT testing, alarms, emergency lighting). We're looking for a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join our friendly Bromley North office and play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings.

What you'll be doing:

Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS. Converting those enquiries into confirmed bookings. Scheduling Energy Assessors, Gas Engineers and Electricians. Keeping our CRM and clients up to date with progress. Providing excellent customer service to landlords, agents, and property managers.

What we're looking for:

Experience in sales admin, booking coordination or property services. Background in

property management, housing, estate agency or trades

. A clear, confident and professional phone manner. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Tech savvy, comfortable with Microsoft tools and quick to learn new systems. Possibly already trained as an Energy Assessor Above all, someone with great people skills who enjoys helping customers.

What we offer:

Salary starting from 22,000 (DOE) + ability to boost this once qualified as an Assessor

Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30 (flexibility during busy periods).
