The Role
We're looking for a
Sales Administrator
to join our busy Sales Office team. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires flexibility, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. You'll be a key point of contact for our customers and support for our Field Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily outbound telesales to on-trade (pub) customers
Handling enquiries from retail/off-trade customers (including supermarkets)
Processing and dispatching online sales orders
Providing administrative support to the Field Sales team
Serving customers in our brewery shop
Weekend and bank holiday rota duties (e.g. shop cover, brewery tours - approximately one Saturday every six weeks)

About You
You'll be a team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in our business and our customers.
Essential Skills & Experience:
General office administration experience
PC literate, including Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
Comfortable with regular telephone work
Ability to lift heavy/awkward product items (manual handling training provided)
Able to commute to the brewery site in Stoke Lacy, Herefordshire
