As the Sales Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the sales function.
What You'll Do:
Contact inbound leads with a friendly and enthusiastic approach.
Qualify customers for funding and energy-saving measures.
Provide accurate information about available services and products.
Collaborate closely with our existing sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Work alongside the Sales Manager to prioritise effectively subject to our current demand and needs from our installs department
What We're Looking For:
Work quickly and efficiently with the ability to follow a process from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A good level of computer skills and proficient in using general office software and the internet.
Have a proactive problem-solving mindset and are able to use your initiative.
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to continuously improve.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
ECO experience would be an advantage.
