Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organised
Sales Administrator
with marketing experience and a good understanding of vans and lorries. This role supports the overall business, liaises with customers, and contributes to marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Process customer inquiries, generate quotes, and manage sales orders.
Actively look for new business opportunities to support growth
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with production to ensure completion of job in specified timeframe.
Assist in after-sales support and handle customer queries.
Marketing Support:
Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
Product Knowledge & Customer Engagement:
Provide customers with product information and technical details about our vehicle conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
Develop an understanding of competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a sales administration role, preferably in the automotive or vehicle conversion industry.
Basic marketing knowledge, including social media, email campaigns, and event planning.
Strong understanding of vans, lorries, and commercial vehicle conversions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
