to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members over the phone. This is a key administrative role with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including order processing, data entry, and document preparation
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems accurately
Assist in preparing quotes, proforma's and sales orders
Source and contact potential new customers, generating new sales
Follow up on customer inquiries, and outstanding issues
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., shipping, accounts, purchasing ) to ensure timely order fulfilment
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards as required
Assist in organizing sales-related events, promotions, or trade shows
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (preferred)
Confident and professional phone manner
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems being of benefit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Must have own transport due to remote location
Desirable:
Experience in a customer-facing role / Telephone sales
Knowledge of sales processes or experience in a sales environment
Familiarity with software such as Sage or similar CRM platforms
