As Sales Administrator, you will work as part of the Customer Support team in Ultraseal, you will be offering administrative support in Customer Service.
A key role in our company goal to continue to exceed customer expectations
Tasks

• To process customer orders in accordance with Quality Processes.
• Completion of Contract Review Process.
• Maintaining and processing Ultraseal Consignment Stock Customer Agreements plus Customs Database encapsulating Imports, Exports and PVA reports, .
• Supporting Commercial Team in generation, recording and preparation of quotations.
• Distribution of MSDS as per customer requirements.
• Compliance with all site EHS and Quality Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of GCSE's in Maths and English required.
• Extensive experience in a similar sales administration role.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft office.
• Experience of using Sage 1000 preferable.
