Fridays Limited are looking for an administrator to support the supervisors with general administration duties which include the following:
Processing sales orders via email and phone.
Completing stock transfers.
Processing and printing invoices.
Making price changes when required.
Matching POD's to our delivery notes and raising any queries to logistics.
Dealing with customer queries.
Managing the sales order inbox and all telephone calls to the departments.
Filing.
You must be a team player, initially this will be a 20 hour a week role, but you must be willing to flex up for holiday cover and sickness.
