An opportunity has arisen for a Domestic and International Sales Support Administrator to join this fast growing business founded in 1999. Viridian Nutrition is the leading brand of ethical vitamins. We shun the use of chemicals for a healthier, better way - even if it does slow down the process and cost more! We sell our range of vitamins, food supplements and nutritional oils to independent health food stores across the UK, Ireland and to international distributors around the world.
Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm you will join our busy Sales Support Team providing a high standard of customer service on the telephone for our retail customers and members of the public. You will make some outgoing calls to existing customers only. For domestic customers you will key orders into our ERP system, OrderWise and help manage our main customer contact inbox on Microsoft Outlook. You will also give administration support to our International Team helping with compliance, product registration and maintaining order processing efficiency. This will be a fast moving role providing support for two busy teams.
The essential skills for this role are a confident telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and computer literacy especially Microsoft Office. You must have great attention to detail, excellent excel skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
