Successful candidates must possess the following:
Essential
minimum 1 year previous experience in a office based sales admin role or sales and admin previous experience
Good knowledge of appropriate business telephone etiquette

Job Role Responsibilities:
Provide Sales administrative support to sales department within the company.
Answering telephones, queries and providing assistance
Deal with new and repeat customers on a daily basis via telephone or email for the purpose of processing new orders and upselling where possible.
Prepare and send product samples on request from potential customers.
Process customer invoices/sales orders using the company's Sage accounting system.
Interact with the company's Production and Logistics teams to ensure customer orders can be processed and delivered in a timely manner and ensure customers are kept informed.
Update and maintain customer and sales information on the company's customer database to ensure data remains current.
Update website, produce mailshots and update social media platforms
Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by the Sales Manager.
