We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales process. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Processing sales orders and providing quotations
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments such as production and finance to ensure seamless operations.
Manage documentation related to sales contracts and agreements.
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with XERO or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Strong understanding of CRM software for effective sales administration.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated administrative experience with a focus on sales support functions.
Strong computer skills with a high level of computer literacy.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
