We're looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Sales Administrator to support our export sales. The role will focus on managing administrative tasks, day-to-day communication, preparing enquiry documents, and order processing for all our export clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full enquiry-to-order process for export clients and distributors, including but not limited to:
Generating quotes and processing orders using our CRM system (Salesforce)
Liaising with the production team to confirm order details and track timelines to promote on-time delivery
Ensuring timely delivery and following up on any required aftercare
Act as the key internal point of contact for export orders, ensuring timely updates are provided to clients or their respective export distributor sales teams.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate export client records in Salesforce.
Participate in internal meetings to discuss export trends, pipeline activity, client feedback, and ideas
Coordinate sample requests, manage tracking, and follow up
Answer incoming calls and respond to general sales enquiries
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel bookings and meeting preparation
Organise and support client tours at The Foundry
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales administration, ideally in manufacturing, interiors, or a design-led business
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders at different stages
Confident using systems - experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Canva is advantageous
A positive, upbeat attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
An interest in handmade or craft-based products
Clear and professional communicator - both written and verbal
