About the Role
The role is to provide administrative support to the Sales support and Sales Team. Consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities
Cleansing of vehicle files following delivery to the customer, ensuring all required documentation is present
Completes Autoline records with end of warranty and finance contract information
Ensuring CRM records are complete and accurate in line with current Data Accuracy guidelines
Ensuring compliance in line with current FCA regulations via use of the TRACS System
Maximising Me Connect assignments in order to meet targets set by the manufacturer
Completes vehicle records within bQuotes including payout data
Answering of incoming calls, efficiently directing each call to the intended colleague
Assisting the Sales Support Team with invoicing and taxation of vehicles during registration months
What's required from you?
Previous motor trade experience is desirable but not essential
High level of computer skills including Microsoft office software (Excel & Word)
Must be accurate and show attention to detail
Good telephone and interpersonal skills
