What you'll do



As a Sales Administrator, you'll support the Commercial Manager and Sales Department with all sales admin tasks, from booking prospect meetings to issuing contracts and updating the CRM.

You'll draft proposals, track sales KPIs, and make sure commission spreadsheets are submitted each month. You'll liaise with finance to ensure invoices are raised and payments tracked, and you'll keep everything organised so the handover to delivery teams is seamless.

You'll also prepare presentations, sales materials, and provide admin support to marketing when needed.

Your day to day



Book prospect meetings for the Commercial Manager Draft proposals and contracts, ensuring all documents are complete and filed Keep the CRM updated with pipeline stages, opportunities, and client details Liaise with finance to raise invoices and check on payments Manage the Commercial Manager's diary and schedule meetings Submit and update the commission spreadsheet each month Track and report on sales KPIs Assist with prospect follow-ups and client communications Maintain organised records of contracts, proposals, and correspondence Support marketing with case studies, client references, and campaign input Prepare presentations and sales materials for meetings Work with delivery teams to hand over completed paperwork Promote Damteq through everything you do Work closely with the wider team to solve challenges and keep projects moving Stay informed about industry best practice and trends

Knowledge and Experience



Previous sales administration or support experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and reports Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
