We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to work as part of our accounts team in Corpach, Fort William. This role is a full time, permanent role.
Responsibilities
Processing of invoices
Maintaining and updating customer information on Sage
Weekly driver punnet administration
Updating and maintaining spreadsheet data, reports & systems as required
Various additional duties as necessary as part of the admin team
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Familiarity with Sage or other accounting software is advantageous.
Strong computer skills with a high level of computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
