We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing business. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in sales administration, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach, as you will be the point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Directors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Assist in the processing of sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Manage documentation related to sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong computer literacy.
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong administrative experience within a sales environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
