Hours of Work: 9am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Working Pattern: After probation, 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH

Job Purpose

You will manage demand requirements across Sales, New Business, Consignment Stock, and general replenishment for 1,500 SKUs. This includes owning the Customer Consignment Process - collecting monthly usage reports, resolving discrepancies, handling stock reservations, and ensuring FIFO stock rotation. The role works closely with Procurement, Sales, and Operations. Flexibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret contractual demands and analyse ad-hoc vs. consignment sales.

Proactively generate customer reports on parts usage and new demand trends.

Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain appropriate safety stock levels.

Act as primary contact for contractual customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Develop and improve consignment dashboards (Power BI expertise required).

Leverage data to drive sales, consign new parts, and identify new contract opportunities.

Manage inventory tasks: stock reservations, expiry tracking, balance corrections, and cycle counts at remote sites.

Receive, reconcile, and invoice monthly usage reports from consignment customers.

Organise replenishment orders for consignment stock.

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly KPIs using PowerPoint.

Manage contract pricing proposals and updates.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time consignment shipments.

Track and review consignment KPIs, conducting quarterly performance reviews.

Monitor alignment of customer stock levels with company's inventory.

Provide replenishment/ad-hoc sales analysis with recommendations.

Resolve open orders through escalation and propose suitable alternatives.
