Fuel Proof Ltd is a leading provider of fuel storage solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day office operations in the parts & servicing department.
Process customer orders via e-mail or phone accurately and in a timely manner
through our CRM system.
Book in product receipt documents
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers
Provide administrative support to various departments
Answer incoming calls, take details and transfer to the correct department
Requirements:
Friendly/helpful telephone manner
Proven experience as an office administrator in a similar role
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must live within easy commuting distance and hold a current UK driving license
A willingness to embrace continuous improvement
