We are a small manufacturing business supplying the Sign & Display industries and are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our overall success.
Responsibilities
Learn our Product Range and understand their applications so as to be able to provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using office software and CRM systems to manage data effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
