We are an established independent garage seeking a
Sales Administrator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment. If you have experience in administration, sales, or the motor trade, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Upsell additional products and services
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Process invoices, sales paperwork, and stock records accurately
Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for the team
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with compliance
Candidate Requirements:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Garage Administrator, Dealership Administrator, or similar role in the motor trade is desirable but not essential
Benefits:
Basic Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
