The role will heavily rely on a positive, customer service focused individual who thrives in fast paced environment. Making sure every customer has the ultimate customer experience from start to finish. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage answering the phone, complete administrative, prioritise tasks all with high attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure all calls made/answered are within a timely manner with a high level of customer service making sure the customer has the best experience. Have adaptable approach to each customer's needs and requirements, being able to upsell and identity and cross-selling opportunities. Be highly organised completing all administrative tasks such as; processing orders, customer account reports, adding new companies onto the portal, log and investigate invoice queries in a timely manner with high attention to detail. Manage own inbox and shared inbox ensuring responses to quotes, queries and orders are in our SLAs as and when required. Undertake all relevant training as and when necessary, keeping up to date on all Mick George Products and Services. Complete any Ad-Hoc duties issued by Sales Support Manager and Key Account Manager.
