We're looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator, internally known as Internal Sales to join our team!
This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. You will effectively build and develop relationships with our customers, delivering an exceptional standard of service and identifying sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
Our Internal Sales are a pivotal part of the branch team and its success so get ready to be in demand. As long as you're a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you!
Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don't let this stop you from applying!

Key Requirements
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently and in a timely manner
Generating and following up on lower value customer quotations
Working with Production and Operations to ensure efficient delivery dates
Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
General daily administrative tasks, filing and printing of labels
Being the first point of call for telephone and email enquiries and dealing with all queries promptly
Cover for other roles when required
* Dealing with customer queries and complaint resolution
