This is a salaried role based on 40 hours per week, but we are open to consider part time applicants. General understanding of how design concepts can be realised, with a basic ability to read a drawing and extract relevant information, when often the information provided can be vague. This is to build up an understanding of the company and gain awareness of the business from the start of a project's life.

Responsibilities:
Methodical approach to receipt of all enquiries, ensuring all pre-sales work is documented, logged onto Salesforce, filed onto our server, reviewed, printed, and set up for the sales team to quote.
Working alongside the Senior Management and projects teams to ensure that paperwork and any administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Obtaining supplier quotations, lead times, payment terms and technical information for any procured items prior to handing over to the sales team in a timely fashion.
Attending client meetings alongside Sales team and take meeting minutes, always maintaining a smart and professional appearance. Responsible for presenting samples, and recording feedback, helping with meeting food / drinks / clearing away etc.
Assisting sales team and design team members with creating a samples board and finishes schedule for every single live project, however large or small. Keeping records of sample requests, arranging new samples to be made or bought, arranging postage and couriers to deliver items on time to the client.
Longer term goals available to the right team member as the company grows and further opportunities arise.
