Job Description

SALES ADMINISTRATOR



Pixley Berries are a leading British manufacturer of bulk packed Juice ingredients to a range of customers and brands.

We are looking to strengthen our Sales and Marketing Department with the addition of a driven, enthusiastic individual with good IT, listening and organisational skills.

The successful applicant will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful environment.

Duties to include:



Order Processing:



Handling customer orders, processing, and managing order fulfillment.

Customer Communication:



Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information and support.

Record Keeping:



Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data, and other relevant information.

Sales Support:



Assisting with sales-related paperwork, preparing and updating spreadsheets, and managing sales reports.

Departmental Interaction:



Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure the sales process runs smoothly from production to dispatch.

Complaint Handling:



Addressing customer complaints or escalating them to the appropriate team members.

General Clerical Duties:



Handling various administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and organizing documents

Requirements:



Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.

Organizational Skills:



Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Computer Literacy:



Proficiency in using computer software, databases, and other office applications is important. Previous use of CRM systems would be beneficial however no essential.

Attention to Detail:



Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records and processing information correctly.

Problem-Solving Skills:



The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.

Customer Service Skills:



A customer-focused approach and the ability to provide excellent customer service are vital.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
