The Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
# Responsibilites
+ Communicating with the teams and customers via emails and over the phone.
+ Answering the phone calls, taking orders, and dealing with minor customer issues, such as order delays or no stock availability.
+ Following order schedules and reporting the status to account managers and customers.
+ Working closely with clients on their call off requirements, updating them while their orders are in works.
+ Being heavily involved with the internal team in order to meet customer's requirements.
+ Following order processes and avoiding delays where possible.
+ Processing sales order on the system, despatching and invoicing.
+ Having a thorough knowledge of the documents that are going out internally and externally and maintaining internal knowledge portal # The person
