Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and IT-proficient professional to join our established estate agency. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives through our internal IT systems.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver comprehensive administrative support across all areas of the business. Accurately maintain and update property databases and client records. Manage client communications in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including digital property promotions and targeted campaigns. Support the wider team in ensuring efficient business operations.

Candidate Profile



Demonstrated proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in digital marketing or social media management (desirable). Previous experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential.
