Role Overview



We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented

Sales Administrator

to manage the full sales lifecycle, from order processing to delivery. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume, high-value retail environment. This position is essential for streamlining internal processes and maintaining the speed and reliability our international customers expect.

Key Responsibilities



Process incoming orders accurately through our online platform and backend systems. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery. Manage inventory records and update product availability across channels. Conduct fraud prevention checks and assist in verifying high-value customer orders. Handle order-related issues including shipping delays, lost items, and exchanges. Liaise with payment processors and oversee documentation related to VAT and customs. Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth customer communication. Support in reporting and analytics related to sales performance and inventory movement.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-commerce sales administration or luxury retail operations. Strong understanding of international shipping, VAT/customs processes, and fraud prevention. Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple transactions accurately and efficiently. Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (Vietnamese, Mandarin,Cantonese,...) is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and accountability. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to commit to a long-term role and develop in-depth knowledge of our operations and product line.
