We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Duties
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the database.
Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations as required.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Utilise software applications such as Word and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes.
Experience
Proven experience in sales administration or a similar office environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
