The Role



We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a key operational role, ensuring our sales process runs smoothly--from logging enquiries to order fulfilment and aftercare. You will work closely with our client facing sales team, production team, and leadership, taking ownership of the entire sales administration cycle. While specific experience in lighting is not essential, a background in the interiors, furniture, or luxury design industry is highly desirable. The candidate will bring a high level of professionalism, organisation, and confidence in managing complex, high-value orders for discerning clients. Please note this is not a creative or design role, we welcome individuals who thrive and are enthusiastic about facilitating the best sales processes and support to our client facing sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full sales administration process, including quotes, proformas, invoicing, and order tracking Process bespoke product orders, ensuring accurate specifications, timelines Act as a key liaison between clients, production, logistics, and finance teams Deliver exceptional client support, luxury level communication, information delivery and solutions Oversee CRM and order systems (Monday CRM), ensuring data accuracy Liaise with production on lead times, monitor shipping schedules Produce regular sales and pipeline reports Support trade shows, client presentations, and sales meetings as needed Recommend process improvements and support operational efficiency across the sales function

The Candidate



3+ years' experience in sales administration or sales operations Background in luxury interiors, furniture, textiles, or related design fields (lighting experience not required) Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and custom orders with accuracy Strong understanding of production lead times, client communication, and supply chain coordination Proficiency in CRM and invoicing software (Monday CRM) Outstanding Excel skills, Adobe suite an advantage Exceptional communication skills--professional, clear, and confident Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively A genuine appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and high-end customer service
