About the Role


To support our growth we're looking for a driven, talented individual to join our

Sales Team

. As part of a skilled, multi-disciplinary team, you'll engage in both intercompany and client-facing work, gaining an understanding of our products through training. You'll work diligently to assist with quotes and helping to manage the office workflow, requiring attention to detail. No previous sales or technical experience is necessary, just a positive attitude to learn from the team around you.

Base Location:

Malton, North Yorkshire

Salary:

Competitive (dependent on experience) with discretional bonus. 18,000.00-28,000.00 per year

As Sales Administrator, you will assist with;



Monitoring and managing the sales inbox Receiving customer telephone enquiries Maintaining client records and sales information Processing orders General tasks as requested by the sales team Following company systems and processes

Essential skills/experience;



Motivated and driven personality Highly organised Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to integrate well within a team Meeting deadlines Solid written and verbal (English) communication skills

Preferable skills/experience;



The following skills/experience would be preferred but are not essential. Training and support will be provided.

Experience in an administrative capacity Experience in a sales environment Experience using Sage/ERP systems Experience using a CRM system

Working Schedule;



Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 One hour for lunch
