Your ability to engage with customers and effectively upsell products will contribute significantly to our success.

Duties

Assist them in finding products that meet their needs.

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to encourage sales. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as required.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers find what they need.
