Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organisational skills, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities



Handling customer enquiries, maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems, tracking inventory, liaising with logistics and suppliers, and generating sales reports to support the sales team and track company performance. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Responsible for managing the sales order process, from order entry and invoicing to arranging timely deliveries and providing post sale customer support. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to assist in sales analysis. Processing sales orders, verifying details and handling payments accurately, generate sales invoices and manage credit checks. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and logistics, to facilitate seamless operations. Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing relevant data and insights. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM systems and prepare sales reports, charts and presentations for management

Experience



Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is essential. Understanding of sales performance metrics, excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrated organisational skills with effective time management abilities. Team player with high level of dedication, ability to work well under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines.
