The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service across our customer finance journeys. Your focus will be on supporting the sales process from application to completion, maintaining quality and compliance throughout.
What you'll be doing:
Liaising with dealers and finance providers to ensure quick turnaround on applications and positive outcomes for all parties.
Ensuring paperwork and documentation is complete, accurate and meets the lender's standards.
Managing your own time and workload to hit key touchpoints and deadlines with both internal and external stakeholders.
Working to targets in a fast-paced yet fun sales support environment.
Adhering to anti-money-laundering (AML), fraud prevention and other relevant financial legislation and processes.
What you'll need:
We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is keen to deliver great results, and has a passion for supporting customers and businesses alike.
In this role you'll need:
Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service, sales support or sales administration.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in paperwork and process.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -- able to liaise confidently with dealers, lenders and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and always put customers at the heart of everything.
