Sales Administrator
BASED AT MGTS, COVENTRY
MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.
An opportunity is available to join MGTS as a Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave. The role requires an organised and dynamic administrator to work in our commercial sales department booking customers onto training courses. We are in the process of sourcing software to automate this process so experience in this area would be desirable. The role also involves organising the resources for the courses i.e. rooms/ refreshments/ trainers. The candidate will be an IT literate self-starter who thrives in a in a fast paced, customer centric organisation with a focus on outstanding teaching and learning.
This role is office based with some flexibility for hybrid working once the training period is complete. Hours are negotiable to suit the right candidate.
The following skills and knowledge are essential:
Customer service focussed.
Experience working with Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
Good IT skills with CRM experience desirable.
Strong administration and communication skills.
The ability to work quickly, accurately, using an organised approach and with excellent attention to detail.
Self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
First rate interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to keep calm under pressure, prioritise and multi-task.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To be responsible for administering training courses from booking to delivery, including candidate registration and certification.
Keeping meticulous records for transfer to finance.
Ensuring appropriate resources are booked.
Dealing with employer queries by telephone or email.
Reception cover to meet and greet delegates.
Maintaining the sign-in software to ensure all visitors are logged into the building.
Liaising with other members of staff at different levels.
Other general administrative duties.

A competitive salary dependent upon experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
Working Hours:
Part-time hours hours to be agreed with the applicant. Office hours only - no weekends or evenings.
