Sales Administrator
to cover maternity leave and join our small but fast-paced
Opportunities & Openings (O&O)
team.
About the Role
This is a pivotal administrative and coordination role at the heart of our tendering operation. You'll act as a vital link between:
Public sector customers issuing tender documents (EOIs, RFIs, ITTs, clarifications, etc), and
Our private sector partners crafting tender responses.
You'll manage a large volume of inbound and outbound communications via
procurement portals, email, telephone, and CRM (Zoho)
, helping to ensure every opportunity is tracked, managed and submitted with precision.
What You'll Do
Process tenders and opportunities daily through our CRM and documentation systems.
Communicate with both clients and partners to ensure timelines, clarifications and submissions are coordinated.
Log and monitor all activity accurately and efficiently across
Zoho CRM, Microsoft365
, and
Slack
.
Be a friendly, helpful voice on our main telephone line and route calls as needed.
Support the team with internal reporting (e.g. monthly CRM returns during holiday cover).
Collaborate closely with your O&O teammates and respond to direction with positivity and reliability.
