Job Description

Pallet Truck Warehouse Ltd is a well established and privately owned company, dealing with the distribution of handling equipment within the UK. We are expanding year on year and now require an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Bradwell Abbey, Milton Keynes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with both our Sales and Service Teams and have exposure to, and involvement with all aspects of the business. Duties will include:

Raising quotations and proforma invoices

Processing sales and service orders on Sage Line 50

Answering the phone and dealing with both delivery and pricing queries in a timely manner

Liaising with the warehouse to co-ordinate shipments

Liaising with our freight companies and booking shipments on their computer systems

Matching delivery notes to sales orders and forwarding to Accounts for invoicing

Liaising with suppliers and raising purchase orders

Forwarding service contracts to Customers as required

Booking in customer service visits with our national service providers

Organizing product training with our trainers

Sending out Goods Return forms

Overseeing warranty repairs and returns to the Customers

Raising Credit Notes to our Customers where required

Issuing ISO 9001:2015 Certificates (Proof Load Certificates)

Personal Attributes:

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have the strength of personality and flexibility required to support the growth and success of the business.

Accuracy is essential and experience of using Sage Line 50 an advantage.

Experience of working with the general public in a customer facing role also desirable.
